What is the blooming period of this rose? How high will it climb?

Biggest flush of bloom for me seems to be in late spring/early summer... canes on my plant have gone 15 feet at least and would probably climb higher if they could (no place to anchor them on my chimney).

I am looking for the name of a antique, climbing rose I have. It does not take over but is a modest climber. It has a rather flat, very fragrant blossom with tightly packed petals. Mine is white, and the name begins with an "S".

Anyone know the name?

I found this one by searching in PF... maybe?
