Hi. I have finished some orders, plants have been shipped. How do I delete them from the "managing your orders" page? I couldn't see anywhere how to do that. Thanks, Dawn

Yes.Go back and fake "edit",then to "preview".There is a delete option there.Don't ever do as I did at first and cancel one.You are stuck with those forever.

gone2seed, does this delete the plant sale or the order that's located in the managing your orders page, cause I don't see where I can edit my finished orders. not sure I"m following yo u I guess.

I've got about l 00 orders I'd like to find a way to delete now that their all finished. LOL and there are a few canceled ones too that didnt go through, so they will never go away ha?

Kathy_Ann,
>>>does this delete the plant sale or the order that's located in the managing your orders page, cause I don't see where I can edit my finished orders. not sure I"m following yo u I guess.

Neither. You don't actually edit anything. In "managing your products" area, click edit.
When the item finishes loading, click "save changes".From there go to "preview product"and the fourth item there is Delete.Click on that and the item is gone for good.

This does nothing to get rid of finished sales.I can see myself eventually scrolling through 100,000 completed sales to get to the one I need to work on. :>)

OH so what your saying is that plant sale is gone, and the ordertoo ? so if I want to delete the purchase that darius made last month of 2 pink pussy willows, that purchase sale will be gone? and will the pink pussy willow sale begone too? cause I still have 2 left LOL don't want to delete the item , just the completed order . I did what you said, but didn't click the delete button cause I did't want to delete the plant that was up on sale. but jsut rather darius's old order that is completed.

I'm scared to push the delete button for fear of loosing the pink pussy willows that I have up on sale.

Ha. I just went to the pink pussy willow sale page, clicked edit, then saved, then preview, then I copied and pasted it just in case I would lose the sale. and now the sale is gone. and Darius is still showing up on my managing order page, but the plant that he purchased, is no longer visable, still shows how much he paid etc...

So I actually didn't do anything but delete the plant that I still had some up for sale on, Now i'm off to put it back up for sale again.

I did't get anything deleted off my managing your orders page. I still have 1 30 some odd orders up there that are completed.

I kind of like having all my "old plant orders listed on my managed my products page, that way when I get more of that item, I can just go there and edit and change the number and it will show up on the market place, I won't have to redo the whole ordeal of posting a new plant again. I have dial up and it takes me forever to up load photos even when their small sized.

I didn't really accomplish anything by going through the edit, save and preview ,delete thing.

Yes you can get rid of canceled orders, just relaunch it (then you have to find it at the bottom of your products page) and go thru preview, save changes, edit then hit delete and those canceled items go away, YAAA!

Yeah I'm running into this too. Would be handy if we could have a file marked 'completed orders' that would be separate from the active ones.
