| hi im dana i frequent the rose forum .if you can call every couple hours that . any way i know they are biennial , but i thought that was for seeds . i figured if i planted roots they would have flowers this year . there is a 4' cluster of gigantic leaves but no flower stalks . can any one explain this to me ?thanks |
