This gets bigger and bigger every year (now approaching four feet), and looks uglier and more weed-like and all the time. It is very invasive. There is a wonderful folk tale about how it looks like the Queen's lace and the drop of red in the center fell from Anne's heart as she died; however, it is still a pest. The only way to use it in arrangements is to hairspray the blossom, cut it and quick singe with a lighter the cut ends.
