Flowers at Dusk then the flowers die during the day and new ones bloom the next night. I know this is a variety of evening primrose, but im trying to pinpoint exactly which one. Found in the mountains around Pollockpines in California. Thanks
If you found it growing in the wild, it's probably Oenothera elata or one of its subspecies, that's the one bright yellow flowered one that occurs in that area. [HYPERLINK@www.calflora.org]
