I am enjoying harvesting my chamomille, but was wondering a few things as I picked them today. I have been just picking the ripe flowers, but does it matter if they are older or just started? Also, my plant is getting gangly, should I have pruned it to keep it easier to harvest and not wayward into other crops? How and when do I do that? Thank you so much. Vicki
