High Blood Pressure
High Cholesterol
Allergies
New sleep helpers might also be good, but most of the ones I know don't work, or don't work well enough. I'm on 100 mg Trazodone right now and I take it most night sometimes double.
I know:
Flax, though not reasonable for me to grow.
Onion
Hollyhock, also not reasonable for me to grow.
Safflower
Sage
and Garlic
