Excuse me if this is a bit personal but...For you ladies that suffer when it's "that time"you may want to try raspberry leaf tea.
My wife came to me a few months ago in tears.She was having an especially bad month.She said she had taken everything she could for it and nothing was helping.I made her some raspberry leaf tea and litterally within minutes she was feeling much better.
She said the pain hadn't gone away completely but it was very tolerable.She has been drinking it for the pain ever since.(What a relief for both of us!)
