I love their big, beautiful, colorful blossoms. I see them in the garden centers all full of gorgeous blossoms, bring them home and pot 'em up and within a week the blossoms are gone and I have nothing but greens growing then the greens start to droop and die off. What am I doing wrong?
I keep buying them and they keep dying on me, but I can't resist them. I am contemplating giving up altogether on them. Of course I keep saying this each time I bid another one farewell, but when I see them at a garden center my resolve crumbles. I have them growing in terra cotta pots, well draining soil kept moist and in full shade.
Please can someone advise? At present I have 2 that are slowly drooping... and no blossoms.
