Hi Geoff, I have some in my yard and I love to move them around and share with neighbours. I am so jealous of your warm climate and the great variety selection available to you, as I live in zone 6. Love your pictures. See my latest addition attached.

those are Sempervivums (not Echeverias)... nice, though

this I am told is a echeveria perle von Nurnberg it is white with green strips . Its for sale at
12.50 about $20 is that a fair price.
