I received this from a dear DG member and I can't remember who it was. It did have a tag on it but now it is lost. It has been sitting in a south window for about 3 months growing and doing well. But I bet it is suppose to go outside. If anyone could help me I would be very happy.
Yes, it's a hydrangea. Did it flower for you this spring? They will flower inside, just not as big as they would outside. I see there is an woody brown stem in the center. That's probably from the last flower it put out. It sure looks like a healthy one. If you plant it outside now, you'll need to keep it watered well.
