Bought a box of South Carolina peaches on Saturday, and today, oh joy of joys, my "east Tennessee connection" here at work, just brought me a box of Grainger County tomatoes! Tonight, I will stop on the way home from work and get the rest of the ingredients, and DH and I will be doing some serious chopping and processing tonight! The family will be happy that their salsa will be ready for Christmas and other special occasions. Woo-hoo!
