Plant and Tree Identification: please see if this is lemon grass, or what it is if not.

The first pic in your photobucket link looks like Miscanthus 'Zebrinus' because of the striping on the leaves. Maybe the 2nd one too, but I can't see as clearly whether the striping is there on it or not. By the way, no kind of 'grass' are poisonous.
