Lemon grass won't be hardy in your zone so I doubt if that's what any of them are. The first pic in your photobucket link looks like Miscanthus 'Zebrinus' because of the striping on the leaves. Maybe the 2nd one too, but I can't see as clearly whether the striping is there on it or not. [HYPERLINK@davesgarden.com]
I would guess it is not lemon grass, but, if you cut a stem and crunch it between your teeth you should get a lemon taste. By the way, no kind of 'grass' are poisonous.
