This one has me stumped. First as I was watching it I thought it was a Starling. When I got it on the computer I thought young Woodpecker, till I saw the spots. I have three pictures to upload.

Yep...a European Starling. Young and molting.

Spots, no spots, some spots, juvenile, adult, male, female, dark bill, yellow bill ...these birds present many different looks.
