Oh you guys...I haven't had time to post much here. I am getting married the 26th, but my addiction is getting worse and worse. I find myself looking over the few coleus I have and hoping I find a few that "need to be trimmed a little". LOL So far I have successfully rooted in the last 3 weeks about 15 cuttings. And I have also had some root from just a leaf! I hate throwing those pretty leaves away so I thought what the heck! Don't know if the will mature into plants, but the challenge was fun anyway.
I have also rooted petunias and geranium. I didn't know it was possible LOL...
Now let me tell you this...I do dream in color! I never thought about it till the other night when I had this dream about being somewhere...not sure where, just a big warehouse. I think maybe they had pools and pool supplies. But...the had the most beautiful coleus in the little pots I have ever seen. They were all shades of light pink, lavender, and lime green. They were all so bright. And the man who had them would not sell me any! I woke up mad as an old wet hen.
So now I must ask...is there anyone out there who will feed my addiction by trading with me or allowing me to send postage for cuttings?
I don't have all my trade list listed yet. It is long and always being updated. But I can d-mail it to you.
Anyone? Please? I need more coleus...Tom is going to kill me. I should be doing all my wedding stuff...but hey...I need something to help me relax...RIGHT?
