I just scored on some black raspberries.
i just don't have the time to can them right now.
I was thinking i could freeze them , then can later. I have a vac and seal to do the freezing.
Here is my question.
The ball book says to do a syrup or sugar mix with the berries , does anyone just freeze the berries plain and not use the syrup or sugar added. ?
thanks
sue
