I have a sunshine tree that is about 7 years old. All of a sudden it's leaves are getting thick, bubbly and mishapen. Then they turn black. We cut it back, it started to regrow just fine and now this has started all over again. We used a multipurpose insecticide, fungicide made by Bayer but nothing seems to help it. I cannot find any bugs on it but maybe a few ants. There are some small webs but no spiders. I have seen another Sunshine tree in town doing the same thing as mine but it's at an abandoned piece of property so no one is taking care of it.
Any suggestions?
Thank you very much.
