My Mother is in a skilled nursing facility for physical therapy and my Dad sent me her potatoes since she won't be cooking for a while. I have lots of my own to use up since it's only the two of us here - DH and me. Any ideas on how I could use them up and still be able to keep them for later uses? Thank for your ideas,

Linda
