| All my seed packets say to sow their seeds indoors late winter to early spring in order to plant the seedlings in the spring after chances of frost. But, I was wondering whether anyone has sown their seeds in the summer in order to plant the young plants in the fall. Is this a stupid idea? Has anyone tried this with any success. I'm itching to plant some seeds, and don't want to have to wait until winter/spring to do it.
seeds I have:
columbine, lupine, campanula, lady's mantle, dianthus, foxglove.
I've never started plants from seed indoors before, and know nothing about it.
Thanks!
Pam.
