I moved in to my duplex at the beginning of last season and tended to this very neglected rose bush. It was beautiful last season with buds and flowers all season long. This season there has been 5 flowers. It got very bushy with leaves and I'd cut it back, but still no buds. I don't know how long the plant has been here, but it starts out looking like it is going to bud and it just forms more leaves. I have an iceberg rose bush that blooms prolifically from the beginning to the end of the season, and it is doing fine. Any ideas?
Thank you
Vicki
