We found this in a bouquet at our local grocery store. They've got fairly long stems, and tons of tiny yellow buds all over. It also has very fragrant leaves, though I myself can't place the scent. We asked the florist there what it was called, and she had no idea. I haven't been able to find anyone else who has the name for it, and I'm incredibly curious as I'd like to use it in my wedding bouquet in a few months. Can anyone give me the name of these tiny flowers so I can see about ordering some from a florist in my area?

It looks a lot like what is called 'sweet annie' or artemesia annua. A very sweet, grassy type scented plant that is used a lot in baskets, etc. The buds never open like the one in your picture. Have tried to find a good picture and I'm unable, although there are a few pictures in the plant files they are not closeups.

It does look like an Artemisia.

Artemisia annua is supposed to have pinnatisect leaves and yellow flowers.
