I saw a lovely small very true-blue daisy-like flower with a dark dark blue center at a friend's house in Vancouver. She said that she got it at Tsugawas's in Woodland WA so I called them, they called it sennitti or senetti - They said that they would be getting it in in the early spring, but I have no genus or name for it other than that - searched the plant files for it and could not find a blue flower.

Help?

no, but close - the flower centers are much darker, almost a blackish blue, and the petals are more numerous and shorter. Like a very small Shasta Daisy that has been dyed a deep blue. flower is only about 1.5 inches across.

There's a Pericallis that I know of called Senetti Magenta. There is one other Senetti series Pericallis listed in Plant Files but I suspect there may be others too that aren't in there. [HYPERLINK@davesgarden.com]
