I've been updated my records because I finished many of my sales through regular D-mail and not the sales management area. I had a few spare minutes this am and decided to go make and update "payment received" and "shipped" areas and found I can't do it without send the buyer another d-mail. It would be nice to be given the option whether or not to send a d-mail. It would also be nice to have a line or 2 someone to make special notes if needed.
It would also be nice to be able to send a regular Email to those who are late paying and may not know to come back to DG for mail. I know this has been discussed on another thread, but it is getting to be a problem not to be able to send a direct Email. I have 3 now that I need to send reminders to.
