I've been taking this supplement for blood pressure called Blood Pressure Fomula by Vita Logic for a couple months now. A friend was asking me what the ingredients were and I was surprised to see Coleus Forskohii as one of them.
I would never intentionally eat one of my coleus, they are just too pretty! :) I got a four pack for Mothers day at a church lunch and they are huge and happily living on my front porch.
