The jelly is one of my favorites. I have gathered Choke Cherries, as a child, for moms jelly. And I still go pick them for jelly making. I believe that now I will have to try the vinegar as well. I think I have right at a gallon and a half. That should be enough to start with.
I bought two trees this year and planted in the back part of my yard. I think I will dig up some of the wild ones and get a good clump started.
