Great article. It is nice that you have passed this along to the rest of us. I go fishing in the Sierra's in Northern California in the fall and have always been fascinated by the red fruit that I have noticed on the bushes. There s something about the plant that has always drawn interest. I have watched the birds totally enjoying them, including the bear. Thanks again to the great article and comments. One question, what type of vinegar did you use? Thanks

Thank you. I use regular white vinegar in the recipe.
