I love cucumbers, and I'm wondering if they can be dried for chips. Anyone with expertise? The tiny instruction book that came with my dehydrator doesn't mention them. Thanks!

I've never made them, but I have lots of cukes waiting for a higher purpose. I've pickled all I care to. I think I'm going to try it.
