My wife and I are going to paint our 2 year olds bedroom as a surprise for his 2nd birthday in 3 days. We are trying to get pretty close to the Yellow and Green. We planned to do an "eggshell matte" finish (YELLOW) on the top of wall and a "Gloss: finish (GREEN) on the bottom beneath the border. I would like to use BEHR paint from Home Depot. Just need to know of some suggested colors if anybody knows them or knows somebody who has used them, Thanks.

I've used Behr paint, but not in those colors. It's good paint though, I've been happy with it. I'd take a trip to Home Depot--they've got all the paint chips there so you can see exactly what colors you want. I'd recommend picking up a couple and taking them home before you make a decision though so you can see what they look like in your lighting. And if you're still not sure, you can go to Behr's website and order little sample jars of a few of the front-runners, then you can paint them on the wall and see how they look, then go back to the store and know exactly what to get.

Or, if your son has a little John Deere tractor, take it with you and ask them to either color match the color or try your best to find a close match. With their lighting and the tractor in hand, they'll look the same.
