Congratulations! In Puerto Rico most people would rather plant the most stupid thing, Ficus for example,
to get some privacy. My abrasive position is that there is nothing more practical, fast growing with aesthetic value than vines of any kind you fancy for many horticultural contexts. The only problem here in the third world
is that if your fence is also your neighbor's, they will destroy it.
Islanders have a weird sense of private property, if your tree or your vine drop leaves on my property, that is
reason for friction or litigation, believe it or not. On the other hand is great to read and share view s with
people that think while gardening.
