Dave, I've only sold a few things, especially compared to some other people, but it's already getting confusing for me. Is there a way you can add a "Mark as completed" option to our actions on the "Managing Your Orders" page?
When you click on Shipped - your sales list shows "Shipped" , so you can know that it is completed. The others will still say waiting for payment, or Paid if you have marked it after the payment has cleared.
