I think Cilantro is what we call Coriander but I have never been completely sure. Plus I am not too familiar with the farenheit scale. If I were trying to grow coriander in the situation you describe though, I'd give them morning sun & maybe fresh soil to avoid salinity. It is popular in countries like Thailand & parts of equatorial Africa, so I don't see why heat would be a problem. It is a tropical plant as I understand it but there would be others in the vegetable forums who would know more.
