Excellent!! Again you offer information that is useful and resources for people to access if they wish to expand on it. I also have ventured over to the Butterfly and Hummingbird Forum(need more hummer action there!) and am trying my hand at raising my first BF's. I have a Question Mark and a Black Swallowtail that have both pupated now!

Thanks for a great aricle Marna!

You are most welcome! It was fun to put together. I was very surprised to discover the information on butterfly counts. For a fee you can order the full report from NABA. I might just have to do that!

Great article, Marna! Very organized, and I learned a lot! I may just have to print it out and take it in to the school when I interview the assistant principal about the butterfly garden at school. I found several plants we ought to add!

    Good Deal Angie!

Head over to the butterfly forum for more info! Great stuff in the sticky, including making butterfly brew! I have to get some of that made today!
