Hello All.

The show for this hybrid has just begun. I count several dozen buds developing. I love the vibrant colors on this one, and the reflexing as the flowers age. This plant is in an 8" clay pot!

Although not as crisp, I've posted this picture to show the long peduncle on the bud in the background.

Mine just started to bloom too! They are just gorgeous! I bought two plants labeled "Lavender Lady" but the other one has white blooms, definitely not labeled right but they are also beautiful.

I love lavender lady. The hummingbirds will bypass every passie in the yard and go straight for lavender lady. A few times I have moved the pots around and the hummers will search around until they find it. Its funny to watch, there must be a nectar they like in that flower.
