I have 3 different types of sunflowers...Aztec, Velevt queen and Tinthonia Torch, I am new to the whole collection aspect, but want to start this year...oh also coneflowers as well...How do I know when to harvest them? and can I find some photos of the flower heads to depct the exact time of collect...
