Hi Pepper growers
I have Chile de Arbol pepper plants with a lot of peppers. The man at the store when I bought these plants said you use them on top of your pizza to kick it up. We always use the peppers on the table, at the pizza place, in the shaker bottle. So when I planted them I am thinking I’ll have my own peppers to put on the table, at home. Ok now I got about 3 lbs. of picked, bright red peppers. What do I do now? Do I string them up to dry in my basement like I do with my beans? I don’t have a dehydrator. Should I put on a sheet pan an set them out side on the hot sun, or shade. It’s about 80 out side, pull them in at night? When brittle and dry, pull off the green stem and run them through the food blender real quick? What do you do? Any help? Thank You
