I would gladly give the deer any and all Althea plants in my yard (as long as they left everything else alone). They are so invasive here that they are everywhere and once they get rooted (always right next to a well established plant that I want to keep) it is very difficult to get rid of them. They are on my least favorite list. Of course my neighbor across the street has dozens of them...
