My "rods", 52 Ford, 55 Olds 2dr hardtop, 57 Chevy built engine & customized. Transmission blew on the drag strip.
Then it was a brand new 66 Olds Cutlass muscle car. Only new car I ever bought. Over 100 miles an hour in a ¼ mile. 1/100th of a second short of a trophy at the strip.
