I tried them for the first time this year. They are all the rage in the Tapas restaurants in San Francisco. My plant had a great crop once the weather warmed up. I fried them in olive oil, sprinkled with RealSalt and then played culinary roulette ( see article at link below) for dinner tonight. Add a few slices of ciabatta and some goat feta - yum!
