High humidity and many rainy days over the past couple of weeks seem to have caused a growth spurt in many of my plants. My Hoya has many new young baby pinkish leaves, the cerious cactus has new pinkish growth around the edges with little tiny leaves, and the most exciting thing...I have my first ever ginger root growth today! A few weeks ago I planted a couple very small pieces of Ginger root and this morning I found a new (the very 1st) leaf popped up out of the dirt.
It is a great day. Apparently my green thumb has sprouted again!
