I have some muscari scattered around, but I think I need to get several hundred and go for the impact! That is really stunning!

Yes! I think "little bulbs" definitely make more of an impact planted by the hundred... and a couple hundred will go into the ground pretty quickly once you start planting in clumps/drifts/rivers. :-)

Thanks, Doug! Have fun with your hillside. I'm sure you'll be hitting up the bulb sales this fall! I'm pretty sure there have been some threads in the bulb forum on good naturalizers/increasers...
