Please Admin team, can you provide an option to delete canceled orders from the order view? With all these non payers it's getting really difficult to wade through all the orders when there are so many canceled ones in between. We should also have the ability to delete completed orders , when they are a while ago. The order list is getting longer and longer and extremely confusing.

hit status at the top and it groups them into catagories such as "canceled", "waiting for payment", "shipped", etc in an alphabetical order.

personally I like them there--then I know who the NPB's are, etc.

I do that, but it only lasts until I close the window, then they are all mixed again.

Also to know who the non paying bidders are doesn't help you as long as you are not able to block them.

Once you have sold hundreds of items, it is getting extremely confusing to see all the old orders and to have to scroll down to the very end.

I have sold hundreds of items--hitting status at the top is no big deal--you can also sort orders by date--doing that each time you log on is also no big deal--takes less than 2 seconds to sort every heading across the top.

Can you print the list? That way you could use a marking pen to make notes? What about that?

Karen

Is it possible to print the list in status categories? Just curious. Karen

It is possible to print out the entire list. You can also "cut and paste" any kind of list you want with a minimal of trouble. Straight onto an excel spreadsheet or anyway you want to. Of course it does take a little time, but if you really need the info (for some unknown to me reason) it is quite possible and not all that difficult.

Knowing who my NPB's are helps me to know what orders not to "fret" over (like do they understand the process of how to pay or do they need additional help in some way)--of course, I haven't had any repeat buyers that were NPB's to begin with.

It would be nice to have a public NPB list. I'm new to marketplace and after using ebay am surprised that people order and do not pay. Very frustrating.
