I want to dry some stalks of my beauty berry shrub which is currently full of beautiful purple berries. I tried silica gel in the microwave but it didn't work very well. I also tried air drying but the berries shriveled up. Suggestions?

Also, I'm interested if this forum has info on drying and preserving flowers, or pressing them. If not this forum, is there another? Thanks.

I don't know how the berries would react but it might be worth trying the glycerin method of preservation. You can get the instructions here
