I went to the big island to get married and I fell in love with the island. The coffee is unbelievably good and I came home with a lot in my suitcase. I didn't do the tours of the plantations but it is high on my list of things to do if I ever get to go back. The problem is if I do go back I might never leave, lol.

Getting back there is on our "someday" dream list, too! Hmm, maybe we should retire there someday, you and I and our sweethearts... we could operate a little export business, selling plants (and chocolate covered coffee beans?) on the DG Marketplace! LOL

Bayview farms does make excellent dark chocolate covered espresso beans... just don't try shipping those in hot weather! We made our own one year, got a bag of espresso roast peaberry coffee and used it as centers in miniature dark chocolate truffles... wowzers.

That's a good goal : ) We are hoping for the same, but that means we only have two years left to do it. So maybe 7 will be more realistic for us. I kind of want to bring the kids some time. Key word "kinda". ; )
