Time to show off some of the odd things that have happened with the coleus this year. Feel free to post your photos of odd foilage on your coleus.
Here is Psychcoleus, one of my freebies from RD. In the center of the photo there are three branches from L to R. The left is Psychcoleus as it sold, the next two are sports. Just above them and to the left of center is another sporting branch, sporting on one side it seems. That is 4 sports on one plant. Crazy plant.
I would have moved the plant out, for its close up, but, it is all grown together with other plants. I didn't want to damage it. I found about 10 coleus I bought this summer hiding in that area, all covered up by more vigorous plants. All the tags from RD had the names wash off and of course all the hidden plants were from that shipment. Time to do a little catalog research...
