My vines are three years old with great foilage but no color or flowers am I doing everything right. I water whrn dry at least once a week during the summer .I also feed weekly with a good fertilizer.Couldaluminum sulfate help,as i use it on the hydrangeas. When it is time to cut down in fall.My plants have developed a lite color at the root .
