The ladies in the office next door have asked me for help with their philodendron. The older leaves are developing necrotic spots near the midvein of each leaf. The yellow leaf tips are a common problem around here due to the high mineral content of the water but I have not seen spots in the center of the leaves before. They would also appreciate any tips on caring for the plant as I don't have much experience with larger philodendrons.
Thanks,
Janel
