I made a copy of the recipe to try. I have several green tomatoes left in the garden and there's no way they will ripen now.
    Thanks,

April, I have a pot of green tomato mincemeat finishing up on the stove right now and it smells and tastes heavenly! I can't wait to use it for mincemeat sticky buns, something I haven't had in years.
    Thanks for the recipe!

    Bev,

That sounds wonderful! How do you put it all together? Do you put the mincemeat in the sticky buns dough or spread it on top after the buns are cooked?

    Yum.

You are welcome and thanks again.

    :-)

April, It's like making cinnamon rolls using the mincemeat instead, reserving a little to smear across the tops of the rolls.

There's a Christmas mincemeat loaf/log thing a neighbor used to make that I've never found the recipe for, probably because I never knew what it was called. It was fantastic.
