not for long...it looks like you are only a few short years from an ivy explosion...our previous home had a similar amount of that ivy climbing a larger tree. after the fifth year, it took off and is now a ravenous monster swallowing the entire front length of the fence, ditch and surrounding area... thank goodness no ivy at our new home!!
