I found a series of videos on making faux rock for the pond. My computer is really slow so have only watched the first one but it looks like this guy knows what he is doing and is pretty thorough. Have given a link to the first one (think there are six) and you should be able to find the rest from there. Hoping to work on my stream next year to make it look less artificial. The videos are interesting. The end result apealing. But---the TIME involved, holy cow! I don't know that I've enough time left to do enough rock to encircle a pond.
Wow, great looking rocks! Considering the price of pre-made faux rocks on the market, I'm thinking this diy is pretty awesome. Perhaps a weekend project . . .
I agree they are great looking rocks and I agree they are time consuming. Yikes. Anyone have a simpler way to do something similar?
