Wow… great article… and just in time! I have been collecting seeds from our garden for the first time this year. I started a couple of weeks ago and like you advised in your article I had been just exploring the dried flowers. Cutting the dried little flower heads off and stuffing them in jars. It was really fun to watch the straw hats and the butterfly weed open up and drop all that magical flying fluff! And I was so proud to have it all contained in my little jar! I think I now have a seed disease… looking at every plant just a little differently these days.
Thanks for the articles and your photographs are really helpful. I am rather new to Dave’s Garden and have enjoyed all of your articles and the entire DG community as a whole.
